One of the CIEH Charter Principles is that  “ Centres will establish evaluation processes to maintain standards”.

We pride ourselves on the quality and robustness of our evaluation processes.

Evaluation is carried out at various stages throughout all our courses in order to establish the group’s aspirations, level and learning style, level of understanding, views and attitudes and ability to perform practical tasks.

Evaluation is carried out pre course, during the course at various stages and immediately after course completion. Whenever possible post course evaluation will be undertaken 3 months after course completion.

We listen to the comments of all our students and make changes to our approach where necessary in order to continuously improve the quality of our courses and course delivery.
